Famous actress Tuba Büyüküstün will meet her fans again in July after a long break. The actor’s TV series, Zeytin Agaci (Another Self), whose shooting was completed last summer, will be released on Netflix. The first promo of the series aroused great curiosity.

The plot of the series, which consists of eight episodes, is as follows: In the years since they first became friends in college, Ada (Tuba Büyüküstün), Sevgi (Boncuk Yilmaz), and Leyla (Seda Bakan) have developed a bond that keeps them going through even their most trying circumstances. Sevgi is an aspirational lawyer, and Ada is a successful general surgeon.

In contrast to the two of them, Leyla didn’t work or pursue a job. She enjoys living in comfort with her husband and son. After learning that she had cancer, Sevgi faces her hardest challenge because of the close relationship these three ladies share. Sevgi decides from not visiting the hospital as Ada had requested, rather to pursue an entirely other hope.

She asks Leyla to accompany her to Ayvalik so she can search for Zaman (Firat Tans), a strange man. They go off together in a frantic attempt to convince Sevgi so that they can change her mind. They are still in the dark about how drastically this adventure would alter their lives.
