Efe and Kartal’s plan to open the final curtain will not be easy to carry out. Kartal provokes an incident as soon as he arrives, and both of them end up in Kiliç’s lap when they least expect it.

Story Plot: Çıngıraklı, a tight-knit Gypsy community with little regard for outsiders, is being stalked by a killer. As a type of calling card, he puts three pennies on each of his victims, and the case is sent to the Organized Crime Unit.

Efe, the ship’s captain, suspects Kartal, a Romani Mafioso who serves as the neighbourhood’s “protector” and Efe’s main foe. However, Efe eventually understands that Kartal isn’t the murderer.

Efe has always viewed Kartal’s area as a shelter for criminals and lowlifes, but this case allows him to see things through the eyes of the Romani, and he eventually falls in love with a young Gypsy woman.

Kartal, for one, falls in love with the daughter of an enemy as the code he lives by begins to crumble. Kartal’s entire world will be turned upside down when he discovers an unforeseen link between the Three Penny Killer and his tragic history.
