Changes in Season 2

The Baba series‘ events are coming together, with the 15th episode serving as the season finale on Tuesday, May 31. Five actors quit the series’ cast, and Haluk Bilginer and Tolga Sartaş were cast in the lead roles.

The first season of Baba’s TV series, directed by Cagri Bayrak and written by Gökhan Horzum and Ekin Atalar, did not go as planned. Even if the series was a success, it could not obtain the target ratings. However, a new period will begin in the second season, with a whole new story and cast of characters.

Everyone was shocked by the sudden departure of five actors from the series cast in the previous few weeks. A whole new cast will greet the audience in the second season. So, who bid the Baba series farewell?

Macit Koper, a great actor who played Ferit in the series, was one of the characters who said final goodbyes to the story. Following his departure from this series, the actor joined the cast of the ATV series Hakim, in which he played a radically different character.

Beril Pozam was one of the characters who quit the show. Beril Pozam had little trouble finding a new project. The actress joined the cast of Ah Belinda, a new film production. The Netflix film starring Neslihan Atagül and Serkan Cayoglu is currently in production and has sparked an interest. This effort will rework Ah Belinda, one of the most important masterpieces of Turkish film.

Oktay Cubuk was another one of the characters who left the Baba series. The young actor who plays Kadircan in the story was able to find a new TV series almost immediately. Oktay Cubuk will also appear in a series adaptation of Ah Where’s well-known Turkish film. After the series Baba, Oktay Cubuk, who co-starred with Nil Keser in the lead role, took a significant step forward in her career by securing a TV series in which she will play the lead part.

With the season finale of the Baba series about to air in the 15th episode, it was revealed that two more characters will be absent from the story in the following season. Zeynep Tuçe Bayat was one of these names, and her character Sahika drew a lot of attention.

The series’ most recent split news comes from Ozge Ozacar. In the series Baba, the part of Cansu was played by Ozacar, one of the most well-known names of the previous period. The young actor also quit the show, but she was able to find a new assignment very immediately. Ozge Ozacar also appears in Bursa Nightingale’s Disney Plus film, which Ata Demirer is directing.
