The standards, sourcing rules, and review process behind every story AYISHA THOUSIF publishes for Turkish entertainment audiences worldwide.
Table Of Contents
AYISHA THOUSIF is a digital publisher of Turkish infotainment, delivering engaging, well-researched content that entertains and keeps you informed.
This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to. It covers how we choose stories, how we source and report them, how we cover public figures, how we are funded, and how readers can hold us accountable.
This policy applies to every article we publish.
Who We Are
AYISHA THOUSIF is an independent publication based in India, serving Turkish entertainment audiences worldwide.
No television network, streaming platform, production company, talent agency, political party, government or interest group owns us or directs our coverage.
Our editorial team makes all editorial decisions. No outside party has the right to approve, change or block what we publish.
How We Are Funded
AYISHA THOUSIF is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense, direct advertising and other approved networks.
Advertising revenue keeps the site free for readers.
Advertisers, networks, studios and talent representatives have no say in what we cover or how we cover it.
We do not sell positive coverage, and we do not remove published articles in exchange for payment.
Any sponsored content will be clearly labelled at the top of the article and kept separate from editorial content.
What We Cover
We cover Turkish entertainment, including television series, feature films, and the talent behind them.
This includes premieres, release schedules, cast and production news, episode recaps, endings explained, legal viewing options, and profiles of the actors and creators shaping the industry.
How We Choose Stories
Every story is assessed against three questions:
Does it matter to our readers?
Can the core facts be verified?
Does our coverage add something readers cannot easily find elsewhere?
We do not publish rumour as fact.
We do not republish network or studio press releases without checking their claims.
We do not chase clicks at the cost of accuracy.
How We Source And Report
We rely on primary Turkish sources wherever possible. These include official network, studio, and streaming platform announcements; production company statements; ratings data; court and public records; published interviews; and the verified social media accounts of actors and creators.
When we rely on Turkish-language reporting, we credit the original outlet by name or link directly to it.
Translations from Turkish are checked for accuracy, and quotes are never altered in meaning.
For sensitive stories, including legal disputes, health matters, deaths and personal controversies, we seek confirmation from a primary source or a second independent outlet before publishing.
If a claim cannot be confirmed, we either leave it out or clearly label it as reported, unconfirmed or developing.
- We do not invent quotes.
- We do not invent sources.
- We do not fabricate details to make a story more dramatic.
Reported Figures
Those involved rarely make figures such as salaries, earnings, and net worth public.
When we publish them, we attribute each figure to its source, state whether it is confirmed or reported, and correct widely circulated figures our research shows are wrong.
Covering Public Figures
We report on actors and creators in relation to their public work and public life.
Relationship and personal-life coverage is based only on what the individuals have confirmed themselves, what is on the public record, or what credible outlets have reported, and it is labelled accordingly.
We do not speculate about anyone’s health, sexuality or private life beyond what they have made public.
We do not publish private addresses, private contact details or information obtained without consent.
Coverage involving minors, including child actors, is limited to their professional work.
How We Write
Every article is reviewed, fact-checked and edited by a human editor before publishing.
When digital tools, including AI, assist with research, translation, or drafting, our editorial team checks the final article against its sources and approves it.
Our writing is clear, direct and easy to read, so audiences anywhere can follow the story without effort.
We avoid hype, clickbait and misleading headlines.
Spoilers
Recaps, endings explained, and series guides reveal plot details on purpose.
Our headlines and introductions make clear when an article contains spoilers.
Use Of Images
We use images we have the right to use, images licensed from approved providers, official promotional material released by networks and studios, and material used for editorial commentary where permitted by law.
Images are credited to their source wherever possible.
We do not use manipulated images or AI-generated likenesses of real people to mislead readers.
When an image is illustrative rather than a depiction of the actual event, we say so.
Fair And Balanced Coverage
We cover productions, networks and talent without favouritism.
On contested topics, such as disputes between public figures or debates about a series, we present the main positions fairly and let readers draw their own conclusions.
We avoid language that stigmatises any group based on religion, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, caste or disability.
Conflicts Of Interest
Our editorial team avoids covering subjects where a personal or financial conflict of interest exists.
Where a conflict cannot be avoided, we disclose it within the article.
Updates And Republishing
Entertainment news changes quickly after publication.
When new facts emerge, we update the article and add a note explaining what changed and when.
We do not silently rewrite articles to hide earlier errors.
Content republished under a licence or partnership is clearly credited to its source.
Corrections
When we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and add a visible correction note to the article.
Reader Feedback And Complaints
Readers, public figures and their representatives can write to us with feedback, story tips, complaints or disagreements with our coverage.
We read every message and respond to genuine concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
How This Policy Is Maintained
